Aromatherapy Associates ‘takes spa to the next level’ and debuts In-Room Wellbeing Experiences |

Containing up to five products, the kits are presented alongside a beverage and how-to guide – via video form or a single-use printout

Aromatherapy Associates has announced the launch of four touchless In-Room Wellbeing Experiences offered to guests staying at the company’s partner properties.
Added to existing spa menus, the kits feature products and digital walkthroughs recorded by AA therapists, so guests can administer their own treatment in their own space along with a wellbeing guide to continue the treatment at home.
Treatments have been crafted to ensure that hotel guests who’re nervous about venturing into the spa are still able to experience the luxury of a professional wellbeing experience.
“We know our spas have done a magnificent job at ensuring their guests feel safe to return through their doors,” said Christina Salcedas, global director of education and wellbeing, “but we also understand there may be a few that are still reluctant to venture as far as the spa. So, these In-Room Experiences are a natural progression in our spa treatment portfolio.”
The collection of treatments is centred on the key needs consumers are facing today, the range features four options: A Moment of Restful Sleep, A Moment of Calm and De-Stress, A Moment of Recharge and Revive and A Moment to Ground and Restore.
Containing up to five products, the kits are presented alongside a beverage and how-to guide – via video form or a single-use printout – and are designed to help consumers wholly reset their mind, body and spirit.
The products arrive in an Aromatherapy Associates gift box and can be kept after the treatment for guests to take home to continue their wellbeing journey with a new set of knowledge.
To book an In-Room Wellbeing Experience, consumers will need to contact the spa team who will book in a time of delivery and clear guidelines to use the products. They will also demonstrate the wellbeing techniques to enhance the use of the products, such as breathing exercises and body scanning, all of which is also available on the video or print out.
Consumers are able to choose as much or as little contact as they desire.
Anna Teal, CEO at Aromatherapy Associates, concluded: "This takes the spa to the next level, bringing our knowledge and treatments into the digital arena offers significant added value to your consumers and also to the spas revenue stream.”
The company has partnered with its long-standing associate, Coworth Park, to launch the collection, which will also be offered to guests at Mandarin Oriental London, Galgorm and Calcot Spa.
