Premier Software Solutions has launched its latest Premier Enterprise edition, a major upgrade to its Premier Spa+ spa management product.
A key feature of the new system is the design and technology used to create it, the base development tool being .NET and the database Microsoft SQL. The application is web-enabled and designed with a central database.
It's been designed to manage an enterprise environment, ie. a multi-location configuration with common data across all sites. This would typically be a group of spas or hotels with a head office managing the systems.
The requirement would be for one database holding all guest, member or visitor information along with the complete history of their visits and treatments.
A client could therefore enter any spa at any location and their treatment history, record of
which therapist has given them treatments, personal profile - such as interests and preferred products - and membership status would be immediately available.
Premier Enterprise edition also enables users to access the system over the internet.
New features include site-specific system configuration, treatment pricing structures, reporting formats and multi-currency settings as well as a 'one-stop shop' booking facility across the whole enterprise with flexible time slot configuration.
The software has been designed to be scalable to any size of operation, working just as well for a couple of sites as for a larger operation.
