One&Only One Za’abeel is set to open in January 2024 with the UAE's first Clinique La Prairie Longevity Hub (launching March 2024)
The Longevity Hub concept is the Swiss medical wellness brand's urban solution to remain in contact with its customers across their global travels
The hub will launch with diagnostic testing, minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, Neuro Wave Stimulation, cryotherapy, far infrared therapy, IV drips and more
Exclusive year-round membership programmes will be offered to help equip guests with the tools and to lead a healthier life
One&Only One Za’abeel, a striking upcoming urban vertical resort in Dubai, will be home to Clinique La Prairie's (CLP) first Longevity Hub in the UAE.

Opening in March 2024, the Longevity Hub will be the fifth CLP urban satellite site and join existing locations in Madrid, Bangkok, Doha and Taipei.

The outposts offer a distilled version of the Swiss medical resort brand’s signature offerings grounded in longevity science, preventative medicine, nutrition, wellness and health. Tailored to address the daily stressors of urban living, the hub concept offers programming focused on longevity, wellbeing and aesthetics.

Simone Gibertoni, CLP CEO, said: “This partnership exemplifies the convergence of cutting-edge wellbeing practices and unparalleled luxury. We’re thrilled to join forces with One&Only to introduce an outstanding Longevity Hub, a testament to our commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals worldwide.

“In a world where the pursuit of longevity is often driven by trends and fads, we distinguish ourselves by offering exclusive, science-backed destinations.”

In the latest Spa Business issue, Gibertoni shares exclusive details about the brand’s major international rollout plans, including its goal to open up to 50 properties across the globe. Read more here.

Facilities, location and programming
CLP's three-floor Dubai hub will be home to 29 treatment rooms, a Movement Studio, gym facilities, a Longevity Bar and a Longevity Index lounge.

It will find its home in the One Za’abeel development which will also be home to the first SIRO location, the new fitness, sport and wellness brand created by Kerzner International – One&Only Resorts owner.

Alongside membership programmes, CLP hub guests will have access to diagnostic testing, minimally invasive cosmetic procedures – including mesotherapy, hyaluronic acid, botox, laser and platelet-rich plasma – as well as Neuro Wave Stimulation, cryotherapy, far-infrared, IV drips, and immersive experiences that promote balance and vitality.

In addition, a menu of beauty boosters will be on offer, ranging from laser photo-rejuvenation to machine-specific procedures such as focused ultrasound, fat reduction, and micro-needling with radiofrequency.

Exclusive CLP experiences
CLP has celebrated the announcement of its new outpost with a suite of bespoke treatments. These include the Longevity Path to Detox, Underwater Hydro Jet Massage, Anti-Pollution Facial, Lymphatic Face Drainage, Turkish Bath, Body Atelier Signature Experience and Garshana Body Polish.

Menu highlights will include signature therapies such as the Energise Experience, a 150-minute journey designed to aid in recovery from fatigue and depletion, as well as the 180-minute Glow Experience, dedicated to enhancing skin and combating the effects of aging.
