Clarins has unveiled updated versions of its Gentle Foaming Cleansers, consisting of three options in order to suit different skin types.
The cleansers contain saponins, plant molecules taken from the root of Gypsophila, a white flower that creates what is described as an incredibly soft foam, which is then rinsed off with water.
Clarins’ cleanser with shea butter has been designed for those with dry or sensitive skin. It is claimed to come enriched with soothing active ingredients and is intended to be ultra-gentle, with the shea butter nourishing and softening the skin.
For those with normal or combination skin, the foaming cream contains cottonseed, said to soften, protect and preserve the skin, while anti-drying fatty acids help to eliminate impurities and traces of make-up.
Thirdly, a cleanser containing tamarind extract – a plant exfoliator – and purifying micro-pearls is available for those with combination or oily skin.
