New from Germaine De Capuccini, Spa Marine Spice is a range of spa therapies which use the uplifting, healing and sensorial benefits of spices from India, Turkey, Sri Lanka and the Moluccan Islands.
Amongst the new treatment launches planned, there are two distinct massage treatments that have been developed according to traditional techniques and which use a revolutionary new product - a skincare resin, similar to a balm, which combines the benefits of a cream and oil.
For professional use only, Cinnamon Delight and Saffron Delight are applied to the skin and massaged using traditional manual manipulation as well as healing Obsidian Stones and nautilus sea shells to conduct a relaxing and therapeutic massage.
Cinnamon Delight, used in a treatment called Exotic Ceylon, contains Cereal Germ Oil - rich in vitamin E and anti-oxidant properties - plus cinnamon extract and essential cinnamon oil. Exotic Ceylon is said to be ideal for treating tired, ageing skin and helping to protect, rejuvenate and regenerate.
The company's Turkish Delight treatment incorporates Saffron Delight, which contains Cereal Germ Oil, saffron extract and the essential oils of coriander, cardamom and ylang-ylang. The massage offers a host of rejuvenating and regenerating benefits as well as providing a high content of carotenoids.
Each of the two treatments last one hour and costs from ÂŁ60.
