An in-house spa has opened as part of the new Naladhu resort in the Maldives.
The development is situated on a palm-covered atoll surrounded by a lagoon and has a total of 19 guest houses, covering 2,530sq ft (235sq m) each and designed to offer guests the luxury of their own residence by the Indian Ocean.
Each house has an outdoor area set within private, landscaped grounds while features include a rain shower and a recessed, infinity-edged terrazzo bathtub.
Spa experiences at Naladhu range from one-to-one specialist consultations through to a five-day Spa Journey which includes treatments within guests’ houses as well as spa experiences in the Reflection and Anantara spas on two nearby islands.
The five-day journey also includes holistic elements such as yoga, ayurvedic practices and therapies.
Spa services use Elemis products and are offered within the guests own rooms, or on their private sundecks.
All spa concepts, treatments and the guest service journey have been designed by MSpa International – which operates spa brands on behalf of parent company Minor International – while MSpa International will also be responsible for the management of the spa services.
