Following the launch of the Lime spa at The Fortress in Sri Lanka, Per Aquum Resorts & Spas has revealed further details of the Lime brand extension, with sites planned to open in both the Middle East and Africa by 2008.
The Lime spa at The Fortress opened late last year and is located inside the hotel. Extending over both the ground and first floor, it offers an integrated approach to wellbeing.
Boasting six spa suites and two separate ayurvedic rooms, the spa also includes a free-flow swimming pool, a fitness studio, manicure area and yoga pavilion.
Primarily a resort spa, Lime at The Fortress is managed by Per Aquum but owned by the Sri Lankan-based La Fortress group.
The next Lime spa will open at Desert Palm, Dubai, later this year followed by a property in the Seychelles in 2008.
Per Aquum also plans to enter the Caribbean and Moroccan markets this year to operate spas within both these regions.
