The Simple brand of beauty products for sensitive skin has entered the day spa market with the launch of SIMPLE:SPA in London’s Covent Garden, UK.
Opened on 4 September, SIMPLE:SPA features five treatment rooms – named Soothe, Restore, De-stress, Nourish and Calm – and covers a total of 1,750sq ft (162sq m).
Therapies will be carried out using Simple’s new premium spa brand, called SIMPLE:Therapy.
A total of 26 specialist formulations have been developed with marine extracts by therapists, to be used exclusively at the spa.
The signature treatment is called Simply Heaven and combines a Hydrotherm back massage with a prescription facial. Other treatments will include body, hand and feet massages and combined therapies.
There are plans to rollout the SIMPLE:SPA brand throughout the UK, with the Covent Garden property acting as the flagship site, although further spa locations have yet to be confirmed.
Simple is owned by the Accantia group, formed in July 2000 as a result of a buyout from Smith & Nephew healthcare company. In January 2004 a secondary buyout of Accantia was completed backed by Duke Street Capital. Details: www.simplespa.co.uk
