Wyndham Hotels and Resorts has signed a 119-room property in Colorado Springs, US.
The Mining Exchange, a Wyndham Grand Hotel, is set in four early 20th century buildings and facilities include a large spa.
The property, owned and operated by Mining Exchange Group, is currently under redevelopment and expected to open in Q2 2011.
When open, the hotel's large, walk-in vaults - an original feature of the building that was built by Winfield Scott Stratton in 1900 - will house a luxurious day spa.
The spa will boast six treatment rooms and will be open to both guests and non-guests.
It will offer treatments ranging from massages and facials to body wraps while facilities include a steamroom, spa pool, a group exercise class for yoga and a fitness centre.
Accommodation will include two presidential, 12 grand and 35 junior suites, with 57 of the rooms being in the Mining Exchange building itself.
