The Medical Wellness Congress – the first European event targeting the global medical spa sector – is proud to have international wellness and hospitality specialist Andrew Gibson return for its second-ever event.
The 2023 conference will be taking place from 24 to 25 April at St. Martins Spa and Lodge near Vienna, Austria.
On the second day of the congress, Gibson will moderate a panel discussion between renowned figures in the hospitality and wellness sectors:
• Emlyn Brown, global vice president of wellbeing at Accor.
• Anna Bjurstam, senior strategic advisor at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas.
• Keith Pollard, editor-in-chief at
International Medical Travel Journal.
Each specialist will share their definition of medical wellness, how their respective properties and businesses interpret this concept and how to ensure that medical wellness maintains standards and credibility.
During the two-day event, the audience will hear from a host of eminent international experts and reputable industry brands during keynotes, panels, workshops and live demonstrations. They will also get the opportunity to forge new relationships during various networking moments including a plush gala dinner on 24 April.
Registration for the congress is open to managers and directors of medical and wellness properties – including medispas, spa resorts, thermal baths, thalasso resorts, wellness centres or holistic retreat destinations, in addition to doctors, therapists, practitioners, or any professional related to the medical and wellness fields.
