Germaine de Capuccini has appointed Anke Menkhorst as CEO, as the company seeks to expand its global presence.
Menkhorst has more than 20 years of international management experience in global beauty companies across Spain, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.
Most recently, she was senior VP of global marketing for beauty retailer Douglas Group, steering the firm’s integrated omnichannel marketing structure across all markets.
Germaine de Capuccini’s general manager, Ana Pons, will continue to play a key leadership role in the company’s transformation journey – taking on a new role as executive director of global operations.
