Cloud software provider Zenoti has launched HyperConnect, an AI-powered function that is designed to help beauty businesses interact with clients, increase customer loyalty and reduce lost revenue.
HyperConnect was developed in response to customer research conducted by Zenoti, which showed almost two-thirds of consumers think a good booking experience must feature a warm welcome with personal connection and a quick, easy check-in process.
The AI software listens and evaluates conversations with customers to capture actionable insights. It measures voice, timeline, flow and other metrics in real-time to convert customer calls into revenue-making opportunities.
By identifying lost chances to connect with customers, such as missed calls or upsells, the software prompts the staff member to make these moments count throughout the call. These insights are instantly viewable on an easy-to-read dashboard.
Some of these personalised touchpoints that Zenoti’s software will highlight include wishing customers a happy birthday, thanking them for a review or rewarding them for a referral. Zenoti says these features drive loyalty.
