Grown Alchemist adds three new body treatments to its existing facial menu
By Helen Andrews 12 Mar 2026
Each protocol will use lymphatic drainage and myofascial release Credit: Grown Alchemist

Skincare company Grown Alchemist has developed three body treatments to join its existing facial therapy menu for the first time.

Designed as technique-driven and results-focused, the brand sees these treatments as the next step in its mission to offer total skin health and benefits for the body and nervous system alike.

Each 60-minute protocol will use techniques such as lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and sculpting massages in combination with its plant-powered formulas.

Emily Nunn, education and training manager for Grown Alchemist, said: “We know that living life at “full volume” in a city takes a real toll, not just on your mind, but on the body. Our therapists see so many of our customers arrive feeling “off balance” or “out of sync” due to the constant pace of urban life.

“We’re passionate about these body treatments as the next step in our skin journeys," continued Nunn. “They aren’t just about relaxation; they’re designed to release that deeply held tension and restore alignment for anyone who is feeling mentally overloaded. Whether we are using neuro-lymphatic reflex points to stimulate the system, gua sha to reduce puffiness or cryo-rollers, our goal is to help you feel lighter and recalibrated, even in the middle of a busy city. Our body treatments will be available at our flagship Beak Street store in London, along with our spa partners in the UK and some globally.”

The treatments

The Resurfacing Treatment features a new gua sha tool for gentle lymphatic drainage, stimulating circulation, improving fluid retention and reducing puffiness. Optional body brushing can be added to promote smoothness and the face is also cleansed before a sculpting massage is performed with skincare products.

This treatment costs £140 (US$178, €164) and is designed to be delivered with the Resurfacing product range, including the Targeted Body Cleanser and Targeted Body Lotion.

The Urban De-Stress treatment is designed for desk workers, frequent travellers and those who feel “mentally overloaded”. This is a deep massage designed to release deeply held tension using soothing massage, lymphatic stimulation and targeted myofascial release. Precise pressure point massage on the back and feet is also part of the therapy, to soften tight fascia and promote balance. This therapy costs £130 (US$165, €152).

The Rejuvenating Massage, which has been designed to last either 60 or 90 minutes, is for guests experiencing muscular tension and reduced mobility. Neuro-lymphatic reflex pressure points are targeted to stimulate the lymphatic system and myofascial trigger point work unlocks key muscle groups. This therapy includes massage of the abdomen and feet to support gut balance and detoxification. The 60-minute version costs £150 (US$191, €176) and 90 minutes is £195 (US$248, €229).
