Spa and wellness entrepreneur Anni Hood has launched a new consumer-facing company called K.I.S Lifestyle.
The company will focus on providing customers with a "collective approach to optimising health" by integrating a range of services, such as classic spa treatments, medical expertise, life coaching and nutritional guidance.
Anni Hood said: "The need to 'keep it simple' (KIS) and deliver an uncomplicated and inspiring reason to indulge in improved and better health is a
compelling one.
"The big idea is to provide motivation and straightforward guidance in what to eat, how much to
exercise, how to get a great night's sleep and how to navigate life's challenges."
