Vice President / Executive Spa Director

Our premiere luxury spa chain has a first time fantastic career opportunity for an innovative Vice President/Executive Spa Director with experience in either spa, restaurant, or hotel operations to lead a high-performing team of dedicated, long term professionals. The successful candidate will enjoy growth and expansion of an entrepreneurial company.

The successful candidate will exhibit a proven success record in building a business & provide exceptional leadership for our five star service-oriented team members.

Key Priorities & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible forbusiness development, sales & managing expansion plans;
  • Build brand recognition, e-presence & marketing;
  • Specifically expand revenues through improved guest experience and business model;
  • Recruitment, training and development of the team via existing long term management team;
  • Drive sales targets & promotional campaigns;
  • Monitor market & industry trends;
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels via existing systems and management team;
  • Ensuring 5 star standards are being demonstrated and monitored at all times;
  • Oversight with scheduling, meetings & training;
  • Ensure spa team are meeting revenue goals;
  • Promoting a happy, positive attitude & workplace at all times;
  • Leading positive corporate culture;
  • Ensuring regular reviews of performance monitoring;
  • Lead campaigns in social media and e-mail marketing.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or related work experience;
  • Experience leading a large team;
  • Strong understanding of guest experiences, service, retail and gift card sales, marketing and social media, business development;
  • A revenue results-driven team player;
  • Demonstrated success in the development of client loyalty;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt, as well as be resourceful;
  • A proactive style combined with a high energy level.
