Guerlain and Cheval Blanc, both part of LVMH, have a long-standing spa partnership, with wellness offerings at Cheval Blanc properties in St-Tropez, the Maldives, St Barths, Courchevel and the Seychelles
This December, Guerlain’s spa at Cheval Blanc St-Barth has celebrated its 10th anniversary and unveiled the results of a comprehensive design refresh.
Nestled in the 61-key resort’s tropical gardens, the spa features five Gharieni-equipped treatment rooms – including a VIP double suite, an outdoor relaxation pavilion and a tropical terrace. The facility has been completely reimagined by Guerlain with the input of renowned architect Isabelle Stanislas.
The refreshed interiors draw inspiration from the vibrant Caribbean islands, showcasing Guerlain’s signature sandy beige and golden tones, complemented by soft white walls adorned with exotic wood.
Natural materials including bleached larch, brass and raffia further enhance the spa's design, chosen to seamlessly connect the interior with the surrounding environment.
New treatmentsIn honour of the spa’s anniversary and relaunch, Guerlain has developed exclusive new signature treatments, including the Antilles Serenity – a soothing vanilla-infused massage; Caribbean Idyll – a ritual for two; and St-Barth Shape – a sculpting facial designed to rejuvenate the skin.
Among other highlights is the St-Barth Muscle Treatment, a tension-relieving experience developed in partnership with world massage champion, Slav Marinov.
In the latest issue of
Spa Business, Marinov and his wife Ana Tsankova – a world champion in facial massage – share their insights into what it takes to deliver exceptional spa treatments.
