The US-based Becovic Holdings investment company has unveiled plans for a new addition to its Hotel Mediteran Resort in Ulcinj, Montenegro, to be completed by mid-2008.
The expansion of the hotel, which is on the Montenegro coastal region, will include a new destination spa, a guest room tower and reception.
Treatments at the new spa will feature natural balms and lotions, sourced from the surrounding area, while other therapies will focus on the curative properties of the surrounding sea pine forests, situated adjacent to the resort.
An indoor swimming pool will be built, with another new exterior pool located on Deck level at the resort.
Other facilities will include a beach club and a cliff-top restaurant at the resort’s Kula Point.
The resort will be renamed, and rebranded, once the redevelopment is completed.
