Atlantis plans to bring children into the ecosystem and educate them early on
The brand is planning to integrate emotional moments into the hospitality experience, in a method Zuber described as "backed up by science"
Two new properties will be developed in the Maldives and Saudi Arabia
Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International, told delegates at the Global Wellness Summit that its luxury hospitality brand, Atlantis, is starting to focus on family wellness.
"One of the big projects we're working on relates to family wellness," said Zuber. "We're looking at how to integrate emotional moments into the customer journey which are backed up by science. We want to help parents have the platform to create those moments."
He noted that it makes sense to bring the children of an already sophisticated clientele into the Atlantis ecosystem and to educate them as the customers of the future.
"What we're planning to bring to Atlantis will be a game-changer for the industry," added Zuber.
He also revealed plans for new properties that are in the pipeline for the brand, including a resort in the Maldives and another in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
