A 25m euro (US$37.2m, £18.8m) spa is to launch in June as part of the new Novi-branded hotel and resort property near Rijeka in Croatia.
Facilities at the 102,257sq ft (9,500sq m) Novi Spa will include 26 treatment rooms, a fitness area with sea views, indoor and outdoor saunas, an indoor swimming pool with aqua cycles and an outdoor swimming pools.
There will also be a Kneipp waterway and chillout rooms.
The spa was designed by Croatian architect Ante Niksa Bilic while German consultant Wilfried Dreckmann advised on the project.
