Spa operations and business development specialist Susie Santiago (née Hall) has launched a brand new professional development company known as ‘Santi’.
Aimed at the owners and managers of salons and spas, Santi will offer a one-year, membership-only business development, mentoring, seminar and support programme.
The first programme, which launches in January, will include six one-day seminars, with six accompanying workbooks.
The programme will focus on key business skills and aims to give "senior managers and owners a real chance to take control of and develop their businesses and fulfill their coporate and personal goals.” Details: www.santi-santi.com
