Resort and spa group Six Senses is to expand its spa portfolio to the UK with the opening of an urban facility within Ballymore’s flagship Pan Peninsula development, overlooking London’s Canary Wharf.
Opening in 2009, the 7,000sq ft (650sq m) Six Senses Spa at Pan Peninsula will be open to residents within the towers development as well as day guests.
With eight treatment rooms, the spa will offer a range of signature treatments using naturally-derived and ethically-produced spa products as well as holistic lifestyle guidance.
There will also be separate relaxation rooms, a circular lounge and hydrotherapy pool.
Pan Peninsula will consist of two interlinking towers standing at 40 and 50 storeys high. It will utilise a number of green initiatives including a community heating system, allowing heat and electricity to be generated on-site. Details: sixsenses.com
