An AIDS prevention scheme devised and funded by the owners of the Thanda Private Game Reserve in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, has been commended at the recent 2008 Global Business Coalition Awards.
In the presence of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, the owner the Thanda, Dan Olofsson, received the award at a gala in New York, US.
