BC SoftWear has revealed its newest range of spa treatment bed linens called SilkSoft, designed specifically for high turnover operations and those in warmer climates.
The fabric has been engineered using a smooth synthetic blend of fibres to allow the easy removal of creases and reduce drying time.
The linens have a brushed top surface with a soft, matte appearance. The underside feels cool against clients’ skin.
Barbara Cooke, CEO and founder of BC SoftWear, said: “Climate-conscious spas are seeking solutions that combine luxury with practicality. SilkSoft is our answer – a functional yet elegant solution that performs exceptionally well in all environments.
“The SilkSoft range has been developed in direct response to feedback from our growing number of international spa partners,” continued Cooke. “There was demand for a range that feels cool against the skin, but without the disadvantages of 100 per cent cotton.
“As the name suggests, SilkSoft feels and looks like luxury silk, but offers a much more practical alternative,” added Cooke. “It’s lightweight, washes easily and dries faster than traditional cotton. Alongside this, SilkSoft does not need pressing – it can come out of the tumble drier and be placed straight onto the treatment bed, where it’ll drape smoothly for an instantly polished look that meets the expectations of luxury spa guests.”
The lightweight and practical linen range is said to reduce changeover times and take up less storage space. The sheets are available with or without a head hole, in pristine white.
