Book4Time continues to boost the Viceroy Sugar Beach’s spa revenue by 20% year on year and offers their guests the convenience of booking spa appointments from their in-room iPads.

The Viceroy’s information systems manager, Shearvon Devenish is thrilled will the results of implementing Book4Time. Sales are no longer confined to the front desk of the spa but can happen anywhere now.

“Online product sales can now be offered, as well as online bookings from our websites and mobile devices, such as iPads or laptops”, says Devenish.

The Viceroy’s increase in spa revenue is also due to the fact that Book4Time’s software “has increased our level of efficiency, effectiveness, and performance”, says Devenish. “The system has helped us handle our spa reservations in such an easy manner that managing our staff has also become just as easy.”
