British based skincare brand Elemis is launching a Hydra-Boost Serum in February 2017.
The hydra-boost serum claims to intensely moisturise the skin and is formulated with ingredients designed to improve the texture of the skin and protect it from dehydration and oxidative stress.
The formula features quinic acid to protect dehydrated skin; and organic myrtle extract, an antioxidant, to boost the skin’s protective barrier.
It also contains néré seed to regulate moisture levels; hyaluronic acid to hydrate and dhatelo oil to replenish the skin.
Other key ingredients include: vitamin E, Omega 6 and 9 and essential fatty acids to lock in moisture.
Noella Gabriel, co-founder and creator of Elemis Therapies, said: “Hydrated skin is replete with the water it needs to stay plumped and smooth. Moisturised skin is soft and supple to the touch. These two elements - hydration and moisture - work in conjunction to produce a complexion that has all its needs visibly met.”
