Dry salt therapy equipment provider Halotherapy Solutions has marked its 10th anniversary with the integration of its Halosauna to the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto, Canada.
The company has provided its sauna innovations to spas, resorts, fitness centres, residential communities and recovery clinics globally, but this new Four Seasons partnership signals a key extension into the luxury hospitality market.
The Halosauna combines recovery modalities including dry salt therapy, infrared sauna, chromatherapy, aromatherapy into one unit. It also has bluetooth audio for guided meditation capability.
This sauna, which is available in multiple sizes, takes up a small footprint and Halotherapy Solutions says the unit is easy to install and easy to maintain.
Halotherapy – dry salt therapy – is used to improve respiratory conditions as well as skin conditions due to the anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties of the experience. Athletes and wellness enthusiasts also use halotherapy for improved lung function, recovery and immunity.
Patrick Pollak, GM of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, said, “This new addition enriches the overall spa experience for our hotel guests, residents, and local visitors offering enhanced benefits at the only Forbes Five-Star Spa in the city.”
“We are thrilled to have the prestigious Spa at Four Seasons Toronto as a new customer,” said Steve Spiro, founder and CEO of Halotherapy Solutions. “Our Halosauna has become a standard offering as demand for performance, recovery, and respiratory health explodes.”
Amy McDonald, principal and CEO of consultancy Under a Tree and a long-time wellness advisor for Halotherapy Solutions said: “The diverse application, ease of use and maintenance has offered our clients a differentiation, positive health outcomes and an impressive ROI since the revenue generated does not require one-on-one labour costs.”
Halotherapy Solutions says its innovations are helping to meet the growing demand for respiratory wellness and recovery solutions at thousands of businesses across all 50 states and over 20 countries.
