Spa owners are often reactive in their marketing efforts. They create campaigns to rev up business, or to introduce a new product or service.

While both are valid reasons for promoting your spa, restricting yourself to these situations leads to missed opportunities.

You can drive more revenue and guest loyalty with regular touchpoints via email and SMS messaging. Well-timed reminders about the blissful relaxation of your spa can inspire guests to visit often, spend more and purchase new retail products.
