How EverySkin increased revenue by going digital with Zenoti

Premium aesthetics spa brand EverySkin wanted to offer guests a modern, digital experience across their six locations – but they were struggling to find the right tools.

Looking back at their search, Bridget Healy, co-founder & COO, recalls common problems. “I’ve been in the industry a number of years,” she says. “I’ve had experience with many different booking systems and there are some fairly consistent pain points that tend to come through.”

Healy mentioned the issues of poor usability and the difficulties of staying up to date with the software.

EverySkin ultimately chose Zenoti and their all-in-one spa software, which includes comprehensive booking and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) features. With all systems on one platform, the EverySkin front desk can now work more efficiently. Meanwhile, providers enjoy quick treatment insights thanks to digital forms sent to guests ahead of appointments.

“We have a really convenient service,” says EverySkin co-founder Alice Sagnier. ”This is a must-have. Guests can book online, pay online, change their appointments, and have all the information they need immediately – 24 hours a day. That’s very much powered by Zenoti.”

Since switching to Zenoti, EverySkin has benefitted from:

• 50 per cent of forms filled in prior to treatment

• 41 per cent increase in average ticket price for online bookings

• 100 per cent paperless operations

One of the most important values, as Sagnier points out, is the improved guest connection. “This digital enablement of the business allows our team to focus on delivering a fantastic, personalised experience to our guests, rather than admin tasks.”
