Thalgo Laboratories has launched its Clear Expert Brightening and Rejuvenating Programme, a range of skin-lightening treatments intended to give radiance and elasticity to the skin.

Combining red algae extract palmaria palmata and plant extracts of liqourice flower and daisy, Clear Expert Complex is also said to regulate melanogensis to help eliminate pigmentation spots.

Salicylic acid is included to reduce the size of pores and blemishes, while soya and wheat protein extracts are designed to promote the production of collagen III - also known as childhood collagen, which is usually only produced up until the age of 12 - to give increased elasticity.
